Terms of Service

1. The service

GrowLeaf is a web app for planning a home garden: calendars, care reminders, an AI plant-diagnosis tool, and a variety encyclopedia. We provide the service "as is" and continuously work to improve it.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use GrowLeaf.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't upload illegal content, malware, or content that violates someone else's rights.
• Don't use Plant Doctor to upload photos of people without their consent.

4. GrowLeaf Pro & payments

Some features (such as AI Plant Doctor) require a Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can cancel from Settings at any time and you'll keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. AI & diagnosis disclaimer

Plant Doctor uses AI to suggest diagnoses and treatments. It's a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that diagnoses are correct. Don't apply any chemical treatment without checking the product label and local regulations.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into GrowLeaf — plant data, notes, photos. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowLeaf is not liable for crop losses, garden damage, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use GrowLeaf after changes take effect means you accept them.
